The hotel had a great central location, close to tourist attractions and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a map and highlighting key attractions upon check-in. The 24-hour reception made it convenient to collect the room key anytime. The hotel also promptly delivered an iron and ironing board upon request.

Great location near shopping and metro. Clean rooms with nice views. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Extra lounge area was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is okay but cheaper options nearby.

We had a wonderful stay in a hotel that was located in a very convenient neighborhood with a metro station just a few hundred meters away! We were able to walk to many shops, restaurants, and bakeries in the area, and we even visited the main square in Sol a couple of times. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the fluffy pillows!
There was some noise from people moving around outside and inside the hotel, but overall it didn't really disrupt our sleep.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area of Madrid, with easy access to three main stations. It is right in the heart of the city, making it perfect for exploring all the attractions. The staff here are very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room were just what we needed, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the room. The view from our room was fantastic, just like the pictures online. Additionally, the breakfast offered here was not only delicious but also very affordable.
All was good, nothing to complain about.

Great location, close to major sights. Enjoyed the comfortable room and strong WIFI. Gym available for an extra fee. One of the highlights was the friendly receptionist who was eager to help. Would recommend.

We loved staying in this hotel! The location was perfect for us as we could easily access the main shopping area and transportation to explore this city. The hotel was very clean and had all the necessary facilities we needed, including a mini fridge and safety deposit box. The breakfast was a great way to start our day with a variety of pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice, cereal. We were impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
